CARACTERISTICAS DEL TORNEO Y REGLAMENTO |

TOURNAMENT CHARACTERISTICS AND RULES: |

|
>>
Equipos de hasta 16 goles.
>> Se tomará en cuenta el handicap internacional más alto, entre Argentina, Inglaterra y Estados Unidos. Todos aquellos casos en que no se cuente con handicap en dichos países, serán evaluados por la comisión de handicap.
>> Se juega con referees profesionales
y con el reglamento de la AAP.
>> Cada equipo jugará un mínimo
de 4 partidos.
>> Cada
equipo deberá traer a todos los partidos, un caballo con montura para
el referee. Quienes no lo hagan serán multados con U$S 100 (cien dólares).
De no abonarse dicha multa, no podrán jugar el siguiente partido.
>> Cada equipo deberá presentarse
con dos (2) juegos de camisetas de diferente color a cada partido,
para que, en el caso de coincidir el color de la camiseta con la del
equipo contrario, se pueda realizar un sorteo.
>> Todos los equipos deberán
tener UN (1) jugador categoría patrón. Si este jugador se encuentra
imposibilitado de jugar algún partido, podrá ser reemplazado únicamente
por otro jugador de la misma categoría. Polo Tour proveerá, de ser
necesario, un listado de jugadores habilitados para realizar reemplazos.

Teams of up to 16 goals.
>>The highest international
handicap will be considered among Argentina, UK and USA. In the event
of not existing handicap in any of these countries, they will be evaluated
by the Handicap Comission.
>> Matches
will be played with professional referees and under the AAP rules.
>> Each team will play a minimum
of four (4) matches.
>> Each team must provide a
horse with saddle every match for the referee. If a team doesn't,
a fee of US$100 (a hundred dollars) will be charged, and those who
do not pay such sum will be banned from playing the following match.
>> Each team must present itself
with two (2) sets of T-shirts of different colors for every match,
so that a drawing can be made if the color of the team's T-shirt coincides
with those of the opponent team.
>> All teams must have ONE (1)
player who's Patron category. In case this player is unable to play
a match, he may only be replaced by another player of the same category.
Polo Tour will provide a list of suitable players for replacement
if necessary. |

· El equipo queda definitivamente
inscripto una vez abonado el fee de ingreso y enviados todos los datos
requeridos. Para evitar inconvenientes solicitamos por favor nos envie
vía fax o e-mail los datos de la transferencia, indicando la fecha,
nombre del Banco y nombre de la cuenta desde la cual se realizó la
misma. De esta manera, podremos verificar en nuestro Banco la acreditación
del pago.
· Ante la gran cantidad de equipos interesados en participar, les
rogamos reserven su lugar a la brevedad posible, ya que los cupos
son limitados. |

· The team is definitely
inscribed once it has paid the inscription fee and sent all the required
information. In order to avoid inconveniences, we ask you to please
send us all the transfer data via fax or e-mail, indicating date,
name of the Bank and name of the account with which the transfer was
realized. This way we can verify the payment at our Bank.
· Due to the great number of teams interested in the tournament, we
beg you to book your place as soon as possible, since places are limited.
